Smart reminders

Nudges about leads that might need attention.

Not-yet-contacted reminders
A new lead hasn't been contacted after a couple of days.
Follow-up reminders
You contacted a lead but haven't confirmed if they replied.
Missing call date reminders
A call was booked but no date was ever filled in.
Post-call follow-up reminders
A booked call's date has passed and the status hasn't been updated.

Team chat

How you're notified when a teammate messages you.

In-app popup
Shows a card in the corner while you're using PalaTrack.
Desktop notifications
A real notification from your browser, even when PalaTrack isn't the active tab. Your browser will ask for permission the first time.

Privacy

Control what your teammates can see about your activity.

Show online status & last seen
Lets teammates see when you're online or when you were last active in Team Chat. Turning this off also hides your ability to see theirs.
