These terms apply to anyone using PalaTrack — a lead-tracking system used by companies and their teams to manage leads and pipelines. Each company's data is kept in its own private workspace, accessible by signing up or by invitation from that workspace's administrator.
Each account is personal to the individual it was created for. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything done under your account while you're signed in. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, let an administrator know right away.
PalaTrack is provided for legitimate business use in tracking leads, managing pipelines, and collaborating with your team. You agree not to:
Any lead, client, or company information you or your teammates enter into PalaTrack remains the property of PalaTrack and, where applicable, its clients. You're responsible for making sure any information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to store it.
PalaTrack is provided on an as-is basis. While we aim to keep it reliably available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and the system may occasionally be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
These terms may be updated from time to time as PalaTrack evolves. Continued use of the system after an update means you accept the revised terms.
An administrator may suspend or remove your access at any time, for example if you leave the organization or if these terms are violated. You may also request that your account be removed at any time via the Feedback form or by contacting your administrator directly.
If you have questions about these terms, use the Send Feedback option in Settings, or reach out to your PalaTrack administrator directly.
