About PalaTrack

What other CRMs couldn't, this tool can.

PalaTrack started as the internal system our own consultants used to chase leads and close deals. It worked well enough that we opened it up to our clients too.

Our story

From internal tool to shared system

The short version of how PalaTrack came to exist — scroll to follow along.

1

The problem

As a consultancy helping businesses grow, we needed a way to track leads that fit how we actually work. Off-the-shelf CRMs either did too little, or came bundled with features we'd never touch and a price tag to match.

2

We built it ourselves

So we did. PalaTrack started as an internal tool for our own sales pipeline — something to track leads, see our numbers clearly, and stay organized as a team.

3

Our team lived in it

Real-time boards so nobody worked from an out-of-date spreadsheet. Statistics that actually answered the questions we asked about our own pipeline. It became how we ran our business, not just a tool on the side.

4

Now it's yours too

What started as our own internal system has grown into the one we share with our clients. If it's good enough for the team that built it, it's good enough to hand over.

What that means for you

Nothing here is theoretical

Every feature exists because our own team needed it first — then it got tested on our own business before it ever reached yours.

Built in-house

Designed and maintained by our own team, not an outside vendor we have to wait on.

Used daily

The same system our own consultants rely on right now to track real, live deals.

Shared with clients

Now extended to the businesses we work with, so we're all looking at the same numbers.

If it's not good enough for our own team to run our pipeline on, it's not good enough to hand to yours.
